What are your carriage charges?

We offer free carriage on all consumable orders placed via our website. For larger items, such as printers, copiers and fax machines please call 0845 270 8824 for further information. 

Do your prices include VAT?

As the large majority of our customers are commercial businesses, all prices displayed on the website exclude VAT. A full VAT invoice is issued with every order placed. 

Which Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa Credit and Debit, Solo and Switch cards. We do not surcharge for credit card payments. If your card is not listed please call 0845 270 8824 for further information. 

What delivery services do you offer?

All consumable orders placed via the website are dispatched via courier or Royal Mail First Class post, depending on the size and weight of the item. We normally quote 48 hours (2 working days) though most orders do arrive next day, providing they are placed before 3.30pm.  If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please call 0845 270 8824 for a quotation.

Do you supply Schools, NHS, and Government Departments?

Yes, we’re happy to supply such organisations on a Purchase Order basis – you can fax your Purchase Orders to sales@designdigital.co.uk or by Fax to 0845 270 7477. Please contact us on 0845 270 8824 for further details. 

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we are happy for customers to collect from our offices in Wakefield.

We are open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4.30pm
